目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影在动脉血管方面的应用价值。方法回顾性分析用64层螺旋CT血管造影检查165例患者的影像资料。结果28例头颈部CTA发现动脉粥样硬化狭窄及阻塞14例,动脉瘤5例,动静脉瘘1例,大动脉炎1例,肿瘤压迫1例;38例肺动脉CTA发现肺动脉栓塞21例;32例主动脉CTA发现动脉粥样硬化14例,主动脉夹层8例,动脉瘤1例,大动脉炎1例,动静脉瘘1例;40例肾动脉CTA发现4例血管变异(副肾动脉),狭窄15例,先天性变细3例,血肿压迫1例;27例四肢动脉CTA发现动脉硬化6例,动脉损伤9例,外伤后动静脉瘘及动脉狭窄各1例,肿瘤致血管受压3例。结论多层螺旋CT血管造影对全身各部位动脉病变诊断有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in arterial blood vessels. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the imaging data of 165 patients with 64-slice spiral CT angiography. Results In 28 cases of CTA, 14 cases had atherosclerosis stenosis and occlusion, 5 aneurysms, 1 arteriovenous fistula, 1 case of arteritis, 1 case of tumor compression, 38 cases of pulmonary embolism found by CTA in 21 cases, 32 cases of pulmonary embolism Aorta CTA found in 14 cases of atherosclerosis, aortic dissection in 8 cases, aneurysm in 1 case, arteritis in 1 case, arteriovenous fistula in 1 case; 40 cases of renal artery CTA found in 4 cases of vascular variability (accessory renal artery) Stenosis in 15 cases, 3 cases of congenital thinning, 1 case of hematoma compression; 27 cases of CTA found arteriosclerosis in 6 cases, 9 cases of arterial injury, traumatic arteriovenous fistula and arterial stenosis in 1 case, tumor-induced vascular compression 3 example. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography has important clinical value in the diagnosis of arterial lesions in various parts of the body.
