随着工业4.0时代的到来,对工程科技人才的要求越来越高,如何不断输送合格的高水平人才,是我国高等工程教育发展面临的新问题。基于成果导向和课程地图相关理念,根据行业发展需要,通过确定培养目标、明确系所核心能力,对高校采矿工程专业课程体系进行了优化;提出将企业废弃矿井、复垦区域等地开发成实习场所,以进一步提高实践教学效果;分别构建了教师和学生评价表,突出了对教师实践经历、指导学生创新活动的成果、学生创新能力和跨学科知识运用能力等方面的考察,以期为我国工程科技创新型复合人才培养提供借鉴。
