合作型亲社会行为是高素质人才必备的基本条件之一。大学生合作型亲社会行为受到了个体特征、行为、情景、观念认知和方法五种因素的影响。这五种因素相互关联,功能各异。各个因素除自身会对大学生合作型亲社会行为产生直接影响外,观念认知因素还与其他四种因素单向或者双向互动,进而对大学生合作型亲社会行为间接产生影响。建议从加强思想教育、挖掘锻炼资源、着力氛围建设、深入开展调研四个方面培养大学生的合作型亲社会行为。
Cooperative pro-social behavior is one of the basic requirements for high-quality personnel. The collaborative prosocial behavior of undergraduates is influenced by five factors: individual characteristics, behaviors, situations, concept cognition and methods. These five factors are interrelated and function differently. In addition to their own factors that will have a direct impact on college students’ cooperative-type prosocial behavior, the concept of cognitive factors and other four factors one-way or two-way interaction, and thus indirectly affect college students collaborative pro-social behavior. It is suggested to cultivate college students’ cooperative prosocial behavior from four aspects: strengthening ideological education, excavating exercise resources, focusing on the construction of atmosphere, conducting in-depth investigation and research.
