迅速变革的时代要求高职生不仅要有健康的体魄,更要有健康的心灵。心理健康教育作为一门新兴的课程,该课程的开设并没有达到预期的效果。本文结合普通高校心理健康教育课程的目标和内容,探讨了高职院校心理健康教育课程的现状,提出了在高职院校心理健康教育课程中应采用探究式的教学模式,并在此基础上提出了该模式在高职院校心理健康教育课程中的指导思想和教学方法。 The era of rapid change requires vocational students not only to have a healthy body, but also to have a healthy heart.
