Objective To investigate the pollution of five kinds of phthalates (PAEs) in commercial food and food packaging bags and analyze the investigation results. Methods Statistical methods were used to randomly select 485 food samples and 102 food packaging materials on the market. The foods were classified according to the types and packaging methods, then determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and the results were statistically analyzed Processing and analysis. Results A total of 485 PAEs were detected in 485 different kinds of food samples, with a detection rate of 53.2% and a content range of 0.01-1399 mg / kg. The contents of five PAEs in food were DEHP> DBP> DEP> DOP> DMP. The content of PAEs in bagged food was significantly higher than non-plastic packaged food. The detection rate of PAEs in 102 plastic packaging materials was 31.4%, and the content of PAEs was mainly DE-HP and DBP. Spearman correlation analysis showed that the contents of DBP, DOP and DEHP in food were positively correlated with the contents of packaging materials. The correlation coefficient between DBP and DEHP was 0.989, and the correlation between DMP and DEP was not significant (P> 0.05). PAEs in foods with high fat content are also high. Conclusion PAEs in food mainly come from food packaging materials. High temperature and high fat content is an important factor in aggravating the dissolution of PAEs in foodstuffs in plastic packaging materials. Survey results show that food phthalates environment hormone pollution is more serious, should cause the attention of relevant departments.
