随着营养知识的逐步普及,补充铁质可预防缺铁性贫血的发生,已成为大众化的常识被人们所熟知。于是,补充铁质预防贫血在日常生活中就尤为常见。然而,国内有关部门调查后发现,儿童缺铁性贫血的发病率仍相当普遍,且高达30~50%左右。为什么会出现这种情况呢? 营养学专家指出,贫血的发生并非是由于营养不足所引起。据科学研究表明,人们的饮食结构不合理,营养供给不平衡或营养过剩带来的消化不良等疾病,都是导致缺铁性贫血发生的重要原因。
