近年来,压力容器广泛应用在各行各业中,为了保证设备的使用安全,大量的检验设备被广泛应用,检验设备的重要性不言而喻,其管理工作非常重要。安全阀作为最主要的检验设备之一,笔者在文中以安全阀为主要讨论对象。笔者根据个人多年来的检验设备管理经验,先对压力容器中安全阀的作用进行简要描述,继而再对安全阀的常见故障与解决方法进行详细的论述,希望能够对检验设备的管理工作起到积极地促进作用。
In recent years, pressure vessels have been widely used in various industries. In order to ensure the safe use of equipment, a large number of inspection equipments are widely used. The importance of inspection equipments is self-evident and its management is very important. Safety valve is one of the most important inspection equipments. The author mainly discusses the safety valve in the article. Based on my personal experience in testing equipment management over the years, the author first briefly describes the role of the safety valve in the pressure vessel, and then discusses in detail the common failures and solutions of the safety valve. I hope to be able to manage the inspection equipment. Actively promote the role.
