1.使用稀土法。在平菇上使用稀土不仅可增产,而且还能改善品质。平菇施用稀土后,个体增大、肉质增厚、粗蛋白和氨基酸含量明显提高,增产可达20～30％。每50公斤培养料用农用硝酸稀土3～5克,加水稀释后在最后一次翻料时,均匀喷布在培养料上拌合。在平菇子实体普遍长到黄豆粒大小时,结合补充水分均匀喷洒在床面,一般50千克水中加农用硝酸稀土4～6克。
