本文对连铸凝固过程进行传热分析,结果表明拉速对凝固液芯长度的影响远大于过热度。结合特殊钢生产实际情况,阐述了浇注工艺对中心疏松的影响机制,为确定拉坯制度提供一条参考思路。
In this paper, the heat transfer analysis of continuous casting solidification process, the results show that pulling speed on the coagulation liquid core length is much greater than the degree of superheat. Combined with the actual situation of special steel production, elaborated the pouring process on the center of the loose mechanism, to determine the draft system provides a reference.
