一、安徽渔业生产发展概况安徽省地处长江中下游、华东腹地,长江、淮河,横贯本省,水产资源丰富,气候温和,雨量充沛,发展渔业生产的自然条件十分优越。但解放前,安徽渔业生产却非常落后,1949年全省水产品总产量仅3.9万吨,比战前1936年的6.3万吨下降38％。解放以来,安徽渔业生产经历了曲折的发展过程。解放初经过三年恢复时期至“一五”期间,渔业生产逐年发展,水产品总产量直线上升,“一五”平均年产量为8.86万吨,年递增14.4％。
I. Overview of Fishery Production and Development in Anhui Province Anhui Province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the hinterland of East China, the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River, and runs through the province. With abundant aquatic resources, mild climate and abundant rainfall, Anhui enjoys excellent natural conditions for the development of fishery production. However, prior to the liberation, Anhui’s fishery production was very backward. In 1949, the province’s total output of aquatic products was only 39,000 tons, down 38% from 63,000 tons in 1936. Since liberation, fishery production in Anhui has undergone a tortuous course of development. During the period from the beginning of the liberation to the period of the first five-year plan after the three-year restoration, the fishery production developed year by year. The total output of aquatic products plummeted. The average annual output of the first five-year plan was 88,600 tons, an increase of 14.4% annually.
