本文对江苏公司检修分公司培训体系从培训内容、组织体系、师资队伍、培训方法、实施过程五个方面的实施现状进行了梳理,并分析了存在的主要问题。最后,从企业实际出发,基于公司战略发展要求,并结合岗位要求及个人职业发展需求,在公司现有培训体系的基础上,按照“服务发展、改进创新、整体推进、以用为本”的逻辑进行分层分类人员培训体系创新。
This article sorts out the training system of Jiangsu Branch Company from five aspects of training content, organization system, teaching staff, training methods and implementation process, and analyzes the main problems.
