工作落实不落实,关键在干部。选拔任用干部首先要考核识别干部。考核识别干部的途径很多,当前,我认为要特别注意在抓落实中考核识别干部,因为: 落实的过程是干部把上级的指示精神与本单位实际相结合的过程。上级的指示精神与本单位实际相结合,不是一蹴而就,需要做多方面的努力,只有在抓落实中,才能看出一个干部的实际工作能力。上
