近年来,中国钢铁行业生产经营形势变得越来越严峻,面临着产能过剩、市场萎缩、产品价格下滑、原材料成本居高不下等种种困境。依靠技术设备升级降低生产成本,以及加强品种研发提高产品附加值,已成为钢铁企业一种必然的战略选择。介绍了几种有发展潜力的板带钢轧制新技术,包括无头轧制、异步轧制、薄带连铸和中厚板组织控制技术等,并以海洋工程用钢、能源用钢和现代交通运输用钢为重点介绍了目前钢铁材料品种研发的新进展,认为只有依靠技术进步才能推动钢铁行业继续向前发展。
In recent years, the production and operation situation of China’s steel industry has become more and more severe, facing various difficulties such as overcapacity, shrinking markets, falling product prices and high raw material costs. Rely on the upgrading of technology and equipment to reduce production costs, as well as to strengthen product research and development to increase product value added, steel has become an inevitable strategic choice. Several new technologies for strip rolling with potential for development are introduced, including endless rolling, asynchronous rolling, continuous strip casting and the control of plate and plate structure. In the meantime, marine engineering steel, energy steel and Modern steel for transportation focuses on the recent development of the research and development of steel materials, and believes that only by relying on technological progress can the steel industry continue to move forward.
