目的了解厦门市2002~2007年生产层次碘盐质量和居民食用碘盐情况。方法按《福建省碘盐监测实施细则》规定的抽样方法及盐碘测定方法进行监测。结果生产层次盐批质量合格率均为100%,盐碘均值在30.5~32.99㎎/㎏之间;居民户层次监测各年度碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上,非碘盐率在1.9~8.2%之间。结论厦门市生产层次和居民户层次碘盐质量稳定,但还要继续加大打击非碘盐力度,进一步开展健康教育工作,确保人民群众食用合格碘盐。
Objective To understand the quality of iodized salt and the consumption of iodized salt by residents from 2002 to 2007 in Xiamen City. Methods The sampling method and salt iodine determination method stipulated in “Implementation Rules of Iodized Salt Monitoring in Fujian Province” were used for monitoring. Results The yield of salt batch in the production level was 100%, and the mean value of salt iodine was in the range of 30.5-32.99 ㎎ / ㎏. The annual coverage of iodized salt, iodized salt and iodized salt were all 90% % Or more, non-iodized salt rate between 1.9 ~ 8.2%. Conclusion The quality of iodized salt at the level of production and households in Xiamen is stable. However, efforts should be intensified to combat non-iodized salt and carry out further health education so as to ensure that the people eat qualified iodized salt.
