目的 研究 DFA( Design For Assembly)下影响产品装配质量的因素并对其进行评价 .方法 以曲柄连杆组部件为实例 ,依据有关设计方法学理论 ,分析了 DFA中装配质量与装配模型的关系 ,论述了建立装配质量体系结构中装配特征表达的重要性 .结果 构架了面向装配设计的 DFA装配质量体系 ,以此原理结合实例对 DFA中装配质量的分析做了具体的表达 .结论 为并行设计中全面实施面向装配的设计以及为 DFA下游的应用提供理论基础
Aim To study and evaluate the factors influencing product assembly quality under Design For Assembly (DFA) method.Methods Based on the design methodology, the relationship between assembly quality and assembly model in DFA was analyzed by taking the crank-rod assembly as an example, The importance of expressing the assembly features in the assembly quality system was discussed.Results The assembly quality system of DFA was designed and assembled, and the analysis of assembly quality in DFA was concretely combined with the examples.Conclusion: In parallel design Full implementation of assembly-oriented design and the rationale behind DFA’s downstream applications
