随着经济不断发展,国家对企业文化建设给以了高度重视,特别是思想政治工作的有效开展,是企业不断发展的重要工作之一,对于提高企业管理水平有着重要作用。本文就企业文化发展建设和思想政治工作之间的关系进行阐述,并对企业文化发展建设中思想政治工作的价值进行全面分析,以促进企业经济效益和社会效益不断增长。
With the continuous economic development, the state attaches great importance to the building of enterprise culture. In particular, the effective implementation of ideological and political work is one of the important tasks for the continuous development of enterprises and plays an important role in raising the level of enterprise management. This paper elaborates the relationship between the development of corporate culture and ideological and political work, and analyzes the value of ideological and political work in the development of corporate culture in order to promote the continuous growth of economic and social benefits.
