[Objective] To investigate the influencing factors of severe depression in patients with gynecological malignancies and provide basis for intervention and improvement of patients’ quality of life. [Methods] A total of 76 patients were enrolled. Patients were assessed for depression and anxiety using the Zung’s Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS); pain was assessed using the Concise Pain Questionnaire; T-cell subsets in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry , NK cells, CIK cells, Th1, Th2 cytokines. Logistic regression analysis of the above factors and the relationship between the patients with severe depression. [Results] The factors influencing moderate-severe depression were tumor staging, Hb and anxiety. T cell subsets, NK cells, CIK cells and Th1 and Th2 factors were not associated with moderate-severe depression. [Conclusion] The factors influencing moderate-severe depression are tumor staging, Hb, anxiety. The cellular immunity may not be related to moderate-severe depression, which needs further confirmation.
