目的探讨高压氧(HBO)对不同牙周袋深度(PD)的牙周炎患者牙周各临床指标的作用,为HBO的临床应用提供依据。方法选20例牙周炎患者,用HBO治疗,常规方法测定不同牙周袋深度患牙各临床参数的变化。结果治疗前后PD≥6 mm组(C组)各临床参数的改变幅度与PD<4 mm组(A组)和4 mm≤PD<6 mm组(B组)比较差异均有统计学意义,A组和B组的改变幅度明显大于C组。结论HBO对不同牙周袋深度的牙周炎患者的作用不同,可能与HBO到达袋底的多少和对袋底厌氧菌的抑制作用不同有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on clinical periodontal status in patients with periodontitis with different periodontal pockets (PD), and to provide evidence for the clinical application of HBO. Methods Twenty patients with periodontitis were selected and treated with HBO. The clinical parameters of different periodontal pockets were determined by routine methods. Results Before and after treatment, the changes of clinical parameters in PD≥6 mm group (C group) were significantly different from those in PD <4 mm group (A group) and 4 mm≤PD <6 mm group (B group), with A The changes in group B and group B were significantly greater than those in group C. Conclusions The effect of HBO on patients with periodontal disease with different depths of periodontal pockets may be different from that of HBO reaching the bottom of pouch and the inhibitory effect on anaerobic bacteria.
