文章通过对宜春职业技术学院教工党支部的组织生活状况及教师的思想政治状况进行调查,梳理出目前教工党支部组织生活存在的问题,分析当前基层党支部组织生活存在问题的原因,从而提出增强高职院校教工党支部组织生活实效性的有效对策。
