臁疮又名裙边疮、裤口毒。笔者于1982年至1985年用中药治疗本病58例,获愈53例。现简介如下: 急性期:腿部红肿,起粟疹作痒,搔后溃烂作痛,流水不止.舌苔黄,舌质深红;脉弦滑而数. 内服1号方:萆蔛、牛膝、黄柏、黄芩、苦参、防风、当归各10克,金银花,地丁各15克,苡仁20克.日一付,水煎服. 外用1号方:黄柏粉、煅石膏、煅龙骨、密陀僧。炉甘石各10克,海螵蛸3克,赤石脂、青黛各6克,三仙丹3克(自炼),轻粉2克,冰片2.5
