[目的]调查海口市男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病相关知识、态度、高危行为特征及HIV、梅毒感染状况,为在该人群中采取有效的健康教育和预防干预措施提供依据。[方法]利用MSM志愿者采用“滚雪球”方法和在同志QQ群发通知等方式,发动MSM人群参加。在知情同意的情况下,对104名MSM人群采用一对一的匿名问卷调查。[结果]MSM人群艾滋病知识掌握较低,艾滋病预防知识全对率只有51.92%;第1次与男性发生性行为的平均年龄是28.3岁,最近1次与男性发生性行为使用安全套的比例只有50%;HIV阳性检出率为1.92%,梅毒抗体阳性检出率为12.50%。[结论]该市MSM人群中艾滋病知识知晓率较低,无保护高危性行为较为普遍存在,应尽早在该人群中采取有效的健康教育和行为干预措施,控制艾滋病在该人群中的传播。
[Objective] To investigate AIDS related knowledge, attitudes, behaviors of high risk behaviors and HIV and syphilis infection among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Haikou, and to provide basis for effective health education and preventive intervention in this population. [Methods] MSM volunteers were invited to participate in MSM volunteers by adopting “snowball” method and ghosting notification in gay QQ. With informed consent, one on one anonymous questionnaire was administered to 104 MSM populations. [Results] The MSM population has a low level of knowledge about AIDS and only 51.92% of AIDS prevention knowledge. The average age of the first sexual intercourse with men is 28.3 years. The proportion of the most recent sexual intercourse with men is only 50 %. The positive rate of HIV was 1.92% and the positive rate of syphilis antibody was 12.50%. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS among MSM population in this city is relatively low. Unprotected high-risk behaviors are prevalent in this population. Effective health education and behavioral interventions should be taken in this population as soon as possible to control the spread of AIDS among this population.
