我国垄断型企业高管薪酬激励制度经过多年的改革历程,取得了一些新进展,但总体来说已经进入改革的深水区,需要在更大程度对其资源重新分配,势必涉及到利益的调整。文章针对垄断型企业高管薪酬激励制度改革的新进展和垄断型企业高管薪酬激励的基本特征,结合当前环境条件提出了破解垄断型企业高管薪酬激励的对策建议。
After many years of reforming process, some new developments have been made in the executive remuneration system of monopolistic enterprises in our country. However, as a whole, we have entered the deepwater area for reform and need to reallocate its resources to a greater extent, which is bound to involve the adjustment of interests. Aiming at the new progress of reform of executive compensation incentive system in monopoly enterprises and the basic characteristics of executive compensation incentive in monopoly enterprises, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the executive incentive compensation in monopoly enterprises with the current environmental conditions.
