目前我国医院门诊挂号难的问题主要表现是集中式挂号，造成就诊人流的不均匀性；采取分散式挂号系统，即通过电话网的医院自动预约挂号系统，采用“分时段强插”模型和电话语音处理技术，在计算机上实现预约挂号功能，就能解决挂号的人流控制即挂号难的问题⒚
