关于脾脏的机能至今尚来完全阐明。但由于脾脏具有特殊结构,如拥有大量网状内皮细胞组织、淋巴组织和特殊的血管系统;脾包膜及脾小梁含有平滑肌纤维,受着神经系统控制能引起脾脏的收缩。所以脾脏在机体某些机能上起着很多作用:如贮藏血液、破坏血球、参与造血、对骨髓造血影响、及免疫作用等。
The function of the spleen has so far been fully elucidated. However, due to the spleen has a special structure, such as a large number of reticuloendothelial tissue, lymphoid tissue and special vascular system; spleen capsule and spleen trabecular contains smooth muscle fibers, under the control of the nervous system can cause contraction of the spleen. Therefore, some functions of the spleen in the body plays a number of roles: such as storage of blood, destroy blood cells, involved in hematopoietic, bone marrow hematopoietic effects, and immune function.
