在新一轮课改的大环境下,“自主、合作、探究”的学习模式已经成为各科课堂教学的主流。然而要在每堂课上都体现“自主、合作、探究”的新课标精神又谈何容易?不过在目前的高中音乐教学中“模块式”教学背景下的选修课程——社团活动倒是给了“自主、合作、探究”的模式以足够的空间。社团活动既是音乐课堂的延伸,也是音乐教学的必要补充。同时,社团的建立本身就是一种学生的自觉行为,这些都十分契合新课改的精神。正是基于以上思考,本文将以舞蹈社团活动为载体,具体探讨在新课程理念下高中生舞蹈社团在尊重学生个性,促进自能发展方面的组织与管理心得。
Under the new circumstance of curriculum reform, the learning model of “autonomy, cooperation and inquiry” has become the mainstream of all classroom teaching. But how easy is it to embody the new curriculum standard of “autonomy, cooperation and exploration” in every class? However, in the current high school music teaching, the elective courses under the “modular” teaching background - Instead, it gave enough room for the model of “autonomy, cooperation and inquiry.” Community activity is not only an extension of music classroom, but also a necessary supplement to music teaching. At the same time, the establishment of associations is itself a kind of conscious behavior of students, which are all in line with the spirit of the new curriculum reform. It is based on the above thinking, this article will take the dance community activities as a carrier, specifically to explore the organization and management experience of high school students dance community in respect of student personality and promote self-development under the new curriculum concept.
