在我省市县乡领导班子换届工作即将结束之际,经省委研究,2011年8月15日至18日,由省委组织部组织各设区市换届拟提拔人选125人,在井冈山举办了江西省优秀中青年干部“坚定理想信念提高执政能力”专题培训班。换届公示期间,利用井冈山特有的红色资源,将拟提拔人选集中起来进行党性教育和能力培训,在江西尚属首次,在全国走在前列。
