在古典企业和某些现代股份制企业中 ,资本雇佣劳动是一个不争的事实。但是 ,这种关系伴随着知识水平和技术水平的提高和资本抗风险能力的提高正在被打破 ,劳动的地位逐步提高 ,劳动与资本的关系是在其互补性与替代性的争斗中不断调整的。在知识型企业中 ,劳动掌握了大部分控制权 ,劳动与资本相互合作 ,没有雇佣与被雇佣的关系。两者共同承担风险 ,瓜分控制权 ,共同分享剩余收入。
In classical enterprises and some modern joint-stock enterprises, capital wage labor is an indisputable fact. However, this relationship is being broken with the improvement of knowledge and skills and the improvement of the anti-risk ability of capital. The status of labor is gradually increasing. The relationship between labor and capital is constantly adjusted in the struggle between complementarity and substitutability . In knowledge-based firms, labor controls most of the control, labor and capital cooperate with each other, and there is no relationship between hiring and hiring. Both share the risk, divide control and share the residual income together.
