虽然责任型领导与组织创新的关系已经得到了证实,但绿色IT资本和建设性责任感知对二者关系的影响却被研究者们所忽略。为了弥补这一空白,在文献回顾的基础上,研究在责任型领导与团队创新绩效的关系中引入绿色IT资本和建设性责任感知,旨在探讨责任型领导对绿色IT资本的影响,以及绿色IT资本对建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效的影响。通过对我国东北三省部分城市的315份抽样调查数据的调研,责任型领导对绿色IT人力资本、绿色IT结构资本、绿色IT关系资本、建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,绿色IT资本的三个维度对建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效具有积极促进作用,建设性责任感知对团队创新绩效具有正向影响。此外,绿色IT资本在责任型领导、建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效的关系中具有部分中介作用。研究从理论上丰富了责任型领导和团队创新绩效的关系研究,对东北制造企业管理者提升团队创新绩效具有一定的启示作用。
Although the relationship between responsible leadership and organizational innovation has been confirmed, the impact of green IT capital and constructive accountability on the relationship between the two has been ignored by researchers. In order to make up for this gap, based on the literature review, the study introduced the green IT capital and constructive responsibility perception in the relationship between responsible leadership and team innovation performance, aiming to explore the impact of responsible leadership on green IT capital and green The Impact of IT Capital on Constructive Responsibility Awareness and Team Innovation Performance . Through surveys on 315 sample survey data of some cities in the three provinces in Northeast China, responsible leadership has a significant positive impact on green IT human capital, green IT structural capital, green IT relationship capital, constructive responsibility perception, and team innovation performance. The three dimensions of green IT capital have a positive effect on constructive responsibility awareness and team innovation performance. Constructive responsibility perception has a positive impact on team innovation performance. In addition, green IT capital has a partial intermediary role in the relationship between responsible leadership, constructive accountability, and team innovation performance. The research has theoretically enriched the research on the relationship between responsible leadership and team innovation performance, and it has a certain enlightening effect on Northeastern manufacturing company managers to enhance team innovation performance.
