当前,改革开放已进入攻坚期和深水区。作为地处西部内陆的民族地区迎来了发展的黄金期。建设内陆开放型经济试验区和综合保税区等新的机遇和挑战,对宁夏领导干部能力素质提出了新的更高要求。2013年以来,自治区党委组织部坚持干部教育培训为中心工作服务的理念,先后在德国,上海、深圳、福建,清华大学、复旦大学、井冈山干部学院、延安干部学院等地组织举办了31期专题培训班,培训干部1135人次,取得了明显成效,为宁夏改革发展提供了人才保证。
