11月30日，山东省医学科学院凤祥新药研发基金签字仪式在济南隆重举行。省医科院党委书记刘海鹏，党委副书记、院长韩金祥等省医科院主要领导同志，山东凤祥集团董事长、总裁刘学景和多位公司高层领导，以及省食品药品监督管理局、省卫生厅、省科技厅、省发改委等有关部门的负责同志出席会议。当刘学景总裁、韩金祥院长分别代表凤祥集团和医科院在双方《合作协议书》上签字时，全场响起了热烈掌声，投资额1000万元的山东省医学科学院凤祥新药研发基金正式宣告成立。
On November 30, the signing ceremony of Fengxiang New Drug R & D Fund of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences was held in Jinan.
