1 对象和方法 1.1 对象 有机磷农药中毒者24例,其中男3例,女21例,平均年龄28.5岁,既往均无胃炎和胃溃疡病史。服有机磷农药量最少者为20ml,量多者为100ml,平均62.5ml。其中服乐果者9例,服甲胺磷者6例,服敌敌畏者9例。 1.2 方法 中毒者均经电动洗胃机碱性溶液洗胃,给予阿托品和解磷定治疗,72h内在清醒状态下进行内镜检查,对其中8例中毒者的胃粘膜进行组织活检,在胃体和胃窦部各采2块标本。采集的组织标本用10％福尔马林液固定,常规石蜡切片,切片厚5μm,HE染色后用光学显微镜观察。
1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Object Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in 24 cases, including 3 males and 21 females, mean age 28.5 years old, no previous history of gastritis and gastric ulcer. Organophosphorus pesticide dosage of at least 20ml, the amount of those who were 100ml, an average of 62.5ml. Among them, 9 cases were served with music, 6 cases methamidophos and 9 cases were treated with dichlorvos. 1.2 Methods were poisoned by electric gastric lavage gastric lavage, giving atropine and phosphate solution treatment, 72h within the awake state endoscopy, of which 8 cases of gastric mucosa poisoning biopsy in the corpus and Gastric antrum taken 2 specimens. Tissue samples collected with 10% formalin fixed, paraffin section, section thickness 5μm, HE stained with an optical microscope.
