为推进双向转诊规范化管理,利用区域性医疗协作资源,依托功能完善的信息系统,在成都市武侯区卫生局属辖的8家社区卫生服务中心进行试点,以预约挂号为载体,拓展预约转诊、预约转检、预约转查、预约疑难杂症会诊等双向转诊服务,探索适合国情、省情的大型综合性医院与社区医院间双向转诊模式和规范化管理,以推动双向转诊服务工作常态化、制度化。
