目的 :测定石菖蒲、姜黄、肉豆蔻和牡丹皮的水分含量。方法 :微波加热法。结果 :考察了微波加热法最佳测定条件 ,并与药典法进行比较 ,结果较好。结论 :微波加热法可以用于含挥发油类中药材的水分测定
Objective : To determine the moisture content of Acorus calamus, turmeric, nutmeg and moutan. Method : Microwave heating method. RESULTS: The optimum conditions for microwave heating were investigated and compared with the pharmacopoeia method. The results were good. Conclusion : The microwave heating method can be used to determine the moisture content of Chinese herbal medicines containing volatile oils
