本研究采用问卷调查的方法,检验了领导—部属交换对授权赋能领导行为影响效果的调节作用。研究结果表明,授权赋能领导行为对下属心理授权感知和工作满意度有显著影响;领导—部属调节交换对“授权赋能对领导行为—下属心理授权感知”以及“授权赋能领导行为—下属工作满意度”两对关系有显著的调节作用。
In this study, a questionnaire survey was used to examine the effect of leadership-subordination swaps on the effect of empowering leadership on empowerment. The research results show that the empowerment of leadership behavior has a significant impact on subordinates’ perception of psychological empowerment and job satisfaction; leadership-subordinate adjustment exchanges, “authorization empowerment on leadership behavior—subordinate psychological empowerment awareness,” and “authorized empowerment leadership.
