目的初步探讨预防性饮用某天然矿泉水对实验性高脂大鼠脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法SPF级雌性SD大鼠随机分为高脂模型实验组和高脂模型对照组。二组大鼠食用高脂饲料的同时,高脂模型实验组自由饮用某天然矿泉水,高脂模型对照组自由饮用自来水,饮水40 d后,禁食12 h,内眦采血,测定血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果高脂模型实验组大鼠血清MDA水平较对照组显著降低;高脂模型实验组大鼠T-SOD与对照组相比无显著性差异。结论预防性饮用某天然矿泉水可能对缓解高脂大鼠脂质过氧化水平有一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventive drinking natural mineral water on lipid peroxidation in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods SPF female SD rats were randomly divided into high fat model experimental group and high fat model control group. Two groups of rats fed with high-fat diet at the same time, high-fat model group free to drink some natural mineral water experimental group, the control group of high-fat model to drink tap water freely, drinking 40 d, fasting 12 h, Oxidative dismutase (T-SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum MDA in the model group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in T-SOD between the model group and the control group. Conclusion Preventive drinking of a natural mineral water may play a role in relieving lipid peroxidation in hyperlipidemic rats.
