白血病手镜细胞(Hand Mirror cells,HMC)形态特征。首先由1974年Norberp等叙述,国内仅为个案报道。通常标准以骨髓中HMC超过40％者即定为手镜细胞白血病。通过免疫学研究是属B细胞。我们诊治129例急性淋巴细胞白血病,发现HMC11例,其中8例接受长期住院治疗。现报道如下。
Leukemia Hand Mirror Cells (HMC) Morphological characteristics. First described by Norberp et al. In 1974 and reported only in the country. Usually the standard to more than 40% of HMC in bone marrow is defined as hand mirror cell leukemia. By immunological research is a B cell. We diagnosed 129 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and found 11 cases of HMC, including 8 cases of long-term hospitalization. Report as follows now.
