目的了解广东省职业卫生技术服务机构现状,为政府管理部门决策提供科学依据。方法结合机构的资质续证工作,调查广东省通过续证评审的职业卫生技术服务机构(分珠江三角洲地区和非珠江三角洲地区),统计分析各机构人员、设备、技术能力、质量管理等方面的前后变动状况。结果共调查39家续证机构。各地职业卫生投入有了明显增加,固定资产投资增加4.02亿元,工作用房增加7.72万m2。职业卫生技术服务人员增加357名(45.71%),高级职称人员增加62人(45.59%),本科及以上学历人员增加212人(59.05%),每万名职工增加职业卫生技术人员0.21名。新增各类仪器设备1091台(套),职业卫生检测认定项目增加323项。结论 2004—2008年间,广东39家职业卫生技术服务机构的技术力量和管理水平得到提升;与珠江三角洲地区比较,非珠江三角洲地区机构发展速度相对滞后。职业卫生技术服务机构建设有待进一步加强,以适应工业迅猛发展的需求。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational health service agencies in Guangdong Province and to provide a scientific basis for government departments to make decisions. Methods According to the renewal of qualification of institutions, we investigated the occupational health technical service institutions (sub-districts of Pearl River Delta and non-Pearl River Delta) passing the follow-up accreditation of Guangdong Province, and statistically analyzed the personnel, equipment, technical capabilities and quality management of each institution Before and after the change situation. Results A total of 39 card renewal agencies were investigated. Investment in occupational health has risen sharply around the country. Investment in fixed assets has increased by 402 million yuan and that of workplaces has increased by 77,200 m2. There were 357 technical service workers (45.71%), 62 (45.59%) with senior professional titles, 212 (59.05%) with bachelor degree or above, and 0.21 occupational health technicians per 10,000 workers. 1091 sets of various types of equipment and instruments have been added, and 323 items have been identified as occupational health tests. Conclusion From 2004 to 2008, the technical strength and management level of 39 occupational health service agencies in Guangdong were enhanced. Compared with the Pearl River Delta region, the institutional development in the non-Pearl River Delta region lags behind. The construction of technical service institutions for occupational health needs to be further strengthened to meet the needs of the rapid industrial development.
