硝酸异山梨醇酯的快速排泄是其长期用药的不利因素。本文报道8例健康受试者每人口服一粒硝酸异山梨醇酯缓释胶囊(60mg)后的唾液-血浆浓度比率。在给药后定时收集血样和1ml 混合唾液,其浓度用GC 测定。经测定111对唾液-血浆样本中的硝酸异山梨醇酯浓度,其中有15对唾液浓度超过血浆浓度,92对血浆浓度比相应的唾液浓度高。唾液-血浆比率总的算术均数是0.68±0.37(SD),血浆和唾液浓度之间的相关性
The rapid excretion of isosorbide dinitrate is a disadvantageous factor in its long-term use. This article reports the salivary-plasma concentration ratio of 8 healthy subjects after oral administration of one isosorbide dinitrate sustained-release capsule (60 mg) per person. Blood samples and 1 ml of mixed saliva were collected at regular intervals after dosing and their concentrations were determined by GC. Is isosorbide mononitrate concentrations of 111 pairs of saliva-plasma samples were determined in which 15 of the saliva concentrations exceeded the plasma concentration and 92 pairs of the plasma concentrations were higher than the corresponding saliva concentrations.
