在迎接香港回归的喜庆日子里，本刊特约铁道部第四勘测设计院一处副总工程师、年轻的高级工程师秦永平撰写专文谈他的感受。从这位青年知识份子身上，我们可以看到祖国的前景多么美好。希望广大青年读者向秦永平同志学习。秦永平同志１９６５年生，１９８５年参加工作，曾先后荣获国家计委和中国科协授予的“全国讲理想、比贡献”先进个人、中华全国总工会授予的“全国职业道德先进个人”、全国铁道团委授予的“青年功臣标兵”、铁道部授予的“劳动模范”、“全路优秀共产党员”等光荣称号
In welcoming the festive occasion of Hong Kong’s return to the motherland, Qin Ya-ping, a deputy chief engineer of the Fourth Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways and a senior engineer in charge of young people, wrote an article about his feelings.
