结合国家“七五”科技攻关项目“凡口铅锌矿阶段深孔台阶崩矿采矿法研究”回采间柱的试验研究,从改善爆破效果、加强爆破作用控制、确保两侧充填体的稳定性着手,分析和研究了作为控制爆破作用技术措施之一的空气间隔装药爆破的作用机理及合理结构参数的确定。模型试验及现场应用情况都表明了空气间隔装药爆破能改变应力波的形状、降低应力峰值、延长正压作用时间、增加冲量密度和能量密度,从而有利于改善爆破效果,加强爆破用用控制。
Combined with the experimental researches on the pillar of the backstretch during the “Seventh Five-Year” scientific and technological project of “Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine”, the blasting effect was improved and the blasting control was strengthened to ensure the stability of the filling bodies on both sides The operating mechanism and reasonable structural parameters of air-space charge blasting as one of the technical measures to control blasting are analyzed and studied. Both the model test and the field application show that the charge-air blasting can change the shape of the stress wave, reduce the stress peak, prolong the positive pressure action time and increase the impulse density and energy density, which is beneficial to improving the blasting effect and strengthening the blasting control .
