本文就重轨在线探伤情况进行了调查分析。对包钢重轨内部夹杂及表面裂纹进行了研究。结果表明:重轨钢尾部夹杂主要与铝脱氧工艺,耐火材料及保护渣有关。钢轨表面裂纹除了与钢锭、钢坯表面质量有关外,还与轨梁厂的加热温度、时间、轧制、矫直工艺有关。 调查情况表明,轨梁厂重轨在线探伤的标准及复探问题需要解决。
In this paper, on-line detection of heavy rail were investigated and analyzed. The inclusions and surface cracks in the heavy rail of Baotou Steel were studied. The results show that the tail inclusion of heavy rail is mainly related to the aluminum deoxidation process, refractory materials and mold flux. In addition to the surface cracks of steel ingots and billet surface quality, but also with the rail beam plant heating temperature, time, rolling, straightening process. The investigation shows that the standards of on-line testing of heavy rail on track girder factory and the problems to be solved must be solved.
