用Fourier级数方法,建立了集成光学行波型电光调制器阶跃倒相电极系统所需满足的方程组。用数值计算法求解方程组得出计算结果表明,用此法设计M=5,7,13分段的电光调制器的带宽与半波电压比值(BVR)分别增加26.8%,63.2%和94.8%,它们的调制系数频率响应平坦度在±O.3dB以内。
The Fourier series method is used to establish the equations needed to satisfy the phase reversal electrode system of the electrooptic modulator. Numerical calculations were used to solve the system of equations. The calculated results show that the bandwidth and half-wave voltage ratio (BVR) of M = 5, 7 and 13 segments are increased by 26.8%, 63.2% and 94.8% , Their modulation coefficient frequency response flatness within ± 0.3dB.
