近年来,氧自由基在缺血性脑损伤中的作用已引起人们的重视,大量实验资料显示,氧自由基及其脂质过氧化作用参与了脑缺血——再灌流损伤的病理过程。我们观察了62例脑梗塞病人急性期脂质过氧化物(LPO),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化并同时采用随机、双盲、对照的方法研究抗氧化剂甘露醇、维生素E和地塞米松并用对其影响,从临床探讨脑梗塞急性期氧自由基脑损伤作用及氧化剂的临床应用等问题。
In recent years, the role of oxygen free radicals in ischemic brain injury has drawn people’s attention, a large number of experimental data show that oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation involved in the pathological process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. We observed 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction lipid peroxide (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) changes and at the same time using a randomized, double-blind, controlled study of antioxidants mannitol, vitamin E and Dexamethasone and its impact on the clinical study of acute cerebral infarction with oxygen free radical brain injury and the clinical application of oxidants and other issues.
