新疆南部地区常年干旱少雨,属于典型的灌溉农田,随着农业产业结构调整和节能降耗的要求,以阿拉尔农田泵房为例,对水泵进行了变频调速技术改造。实践证明,电机的变频调速与传统控制方式运行相比较,不仅可节约电能35%左右,它的宽电压运行条件和软启动功能,还能保护电机,延长设备使用寿命。
The southern part of Xinjiang is arid and dry year-round. It is a typical irrigated farmland. With the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the requirements of saving energy and reducing consumption, taking the Alar farmland pumping station as an example, the pump has been reformed by frequency control technology. Practice has proved that compared with the traditional frequency converter speed control motor operation, not only can save about 35% of power, its wide voltage operating conditions and soft-start function, but also to protect the motor, extend the service life of equipment.
