美国第七舰队作为世界上火力最强的单一舰队的说法已很久了,从第二次世界大战起,直到越南战争的四分之一世纪中,许多人认为对第七舰队的评价确实是没有夸张的,然而从现在起到八十年代是否能对第七舰队得出同样的评价呢?这就是本文要述说的目的。目前,第七舰队的军事力量面临着相对下降的危机,可以从以下方面来说明:
