疏松砂岩油气藏在我国油气藏中占有很大的比例,由于特殊的储层性质,在开发过程中很容易出砂,这就成为了阻碍疏松砂岩油藏开发的主要因素,成为快速开采此类油藏主要矛盾之一。防止油井出砂是开发疏松砂岩油藏的头等大事。本文通过大量文献调研,归纳总结了几种主要的机械防砂方法,立足孤东油田的实际情况,通过优选结果设计并制造了新型高渗透率滤砂管。新型滤砂管具有渗透率高、挡砂精度可控、固结强度高等优点,同时使用完成后,可将中心管抽出,滤砂器可钻,不影响新储油层的开发。新型高强高渗滤砂管主要包括中心管、滤砂器两部分,滤砂器经优选研制而成。滤砂器抗压强度≥15MPa;滤砂器渗透率≥10μm2;滤砂管挡砂精度≥0.09mm;防砂有效期≥400天;投入产出比≥1:3。同时我们开展了高强高渗滤砂管与常规滤砂管的性能对比实验。结果表明,高强高渗滤砂管具有挡砂能力强,渗透率高,不易堵塞等优点,适合在裸眼完井中广泛应用。
Unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs account for a large proportion of oil and gas reservoirs in our country. This has become a major factor impeding the development of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs and has become a key factor in the rapid exploitation of such reservoirs One of the main contradictions of the reservoir. Preventing oil well from sanding is the top priority for the development of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs. In this paper, through a large number of literature research, summarized and summarized several major mechanical sand control methods, based on the actual situation in Gudong Oilfield, through the optimization results to design and manufacture a new type of high permeability sand filter. The new type of sand filter has the advantages of high permeability, controlled sand accuracy and high consolidation strength. At the same time, the new type of sand filter can be used to extract the center tube and the sand filter can be drilled without affecting the development of new reservoirs. The new high-strength hypertonic filter sand tube mainly includes the center tube and the filter sand filter. The filter sand filter is preferably developed. Filter sand compressive strength ≥ 15MPa; sand filter permeability ≥ 10μm2; sand filter sand blocking accuracy ≥ 0.09mm; sand control period ≥ 400 days; input-output ratio ≥ 1: 3. At the same time, we carried out a comparison of the performance of high-strength and high-permeability sand filter and conventional filter sand tube. The results show that the high-strength and high-permeability sand filter has the advantages of strong sand holding capacity, high permeability and easy to block, which is suitable for wide open hole completion.
