教学管理是学校管理的基本内容。在教育现代化背景下,教学管理既要坚持传统,又要有所创新。笔者以寻找教学管理的正能量为导向,提出四个观点:以现代化的教育理念为指引,探索魅力教育之路;以有效的校园活动组织为指向,探研素质教育之路;以教师队伍建设为指导,探寻高效教学之路;以便捷的资源共享通道为指令,探求丰实教学之路。
Teaching management is the basic content of school management. Under the background of education modernization, teaching management should not only insist on tradition but also make innovations. In order to find the positive energy of teaching management, the author puts forward four points: guided by the modern educational philosophy, explore the road of charismatic education; with effective campus activity organization as a guide, explore the road of quality education; As a guide to explore the road to efficient teaching; with convenient access to resources as a command, to find abundance of teaching the road.
