目的观察益气通络方联合常规西药治疗冠状动脉慢血流症的临床疗效。方法将59例冠状动脉慢血流症患者随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(29例)。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加服益气通络方。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效及心电图疗效,比较超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肱动脉內皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)、平板运动试验阳性率(TET)、冠状动脉血流帧计数(CTFC)的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为93.33%和75.86%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗组、对照组心电图总有效率分别为90.00%和72.41%;组间心电图疗效比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3组间治疗后比较,hs-CRP、FMD、CTFC及TET水平差异均有统计学意义,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气通络方联合常规西药治疗冠状动脉慢血流症的疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of coronary artery disease. Methods Fifty-nine patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (29 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group added Yiqi Tongluo Formula on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 3 months in both groups. The clinical curative effect and electrocardiogram curative effect were observed. The levels of hs-CRP, brachial artery endothelium-dependent vasodilation (FMD), treadmill exercise test (TET) Arterial blood flow frame count (CTFC) changes. Results The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 75.86% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical curative effect, and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rates of electrocardiogram in treatment group and control group were 90.00% and 72.41% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in the electrocardiogram curative effect. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). The difference of hs-CRP, FMD, CTFC and TET between the three groups after treatment was statistically significant, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo combined with conventional western medicine treatment of coronary artery disease with satisfactory results.
