本文介绍了交流方波双通道等离子弧焊机的特点,并对前沿陡峭且带尖脉冲的电流波形的形成机理和储能电抗器临界电感值的理论分析,进行了重点论述;简要介绍了该焊机在焊接过程中采用电流通过两个不同途径,即正半波时电流由喷嘴流向工件,负半波时电流由工件流向钨极的所谓双通道的特点。试验证明采用这一办法后,增强了阴极破碎作用使焊缝光滑美观,同时也加强了钨极冷却效果,减小了钨极烧损和对焊缝的渗钨,为铝和铝合金的焊接开创了一个新途径。
