包茎是小儿的常见疾病,其患病率为22%～32%,随着年龄的增长,包茎的患病率逐渐下降。大部分包茎患儿由于包皮口过紧排尿不畅,存在尿垢而经常发生炎症,影响其发育。同时,由于包皮垢的刺激而发生炎症,严重的可发生癌变,影响患儿身心健康[1]。我院于2005年开展血管钳扩张术治疗小儿包茎,报道如下：
